How we see the role
Key tasks include:
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders from various departments
- Understanding Business requirements, using elicitation tools and techniques for effective information gathering from stakeholders
- Develop functional design documents for the Technical Solutions Team
- Lead the generation of solution options/ recommendations
- Create wireframes and prototypes to provide visuals to the Business and the development team
- Challenge compliance of requirements against business objectives /alignment to adopted business strategies
Do you have…
- Business Analysis qualification
- 3+ year’s experience in Business Analyst or similar role
- Excellent analytical skills. Able to identify risks as well as improvements and make recommendations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to break down complex requirements into manageable deliverables
- Effectively present findings and solutions backed by research
- Demonstrable experience in protecting requirements against contradicting solution options
- Significant experience in an Agile software development environment
- Confidence in leading technical discussions
