Project Manager

How we see the role:

• Full responsibility for the management of large projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Attend client meetings, take and distribute minutes and follow up action points with relevant team members
• Organise projects in terms of key priorities
• Keep the social housing and business development teams up to date with developments throughout the project delivery journey
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements and set expectations
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Efficient and accurate data entry
• Monitor and maintain KPIs
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively and concisely
• Build relationships internally and externally
• Collation of agenda/timings for meetings
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Work with the team to eliminate blockers
• Analyse risks and opportunities
• Continuously strive to improve workflow management and processes

Do you have…

• Experience managing projects within the construction industry and/or working with Social Housing providers
• A good understanding of software and technology
• Minimum two years of experience managing projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Exceptional organisation skills and thrive on process and order
• Experience in using Project Management software (desirable)
