Trainee Retrofit Coordinator

Due to explosive growth, we now need a highly ambitious, hands-on Trainee Retrofit Coordinator who can support the Retrofit team to deliver the best-in-class, end-to-end, Retrofit service for our clients and ensure that there is 100% compliance with PAS 2030 standards.

How we see the role

Mission of the role:

To assist the retrofit coordinator in delivering the best-in-class, end-to-end retrofit service in the industry for our clients ensuring 100% compliance to industry standards.

Key tasks include:

• Assisting the Retrofit Coordinators with the production of retrofit documentation completed to the highest standard, such as IOEs and MTPs using RDSap software
• Managing the audits that come through from TrustMark, liaising with the relevant external installers
• Assisting the Retrofit Coordinators in the creation of retrofit designs
• Assisting the Retrofit Coordinators in the creation of ventilation strategies
• Assisting the Retrofit Coordinators with TrustMark lodgements to gain practical retrofit coordinator experience whilst progressing through the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination
• Assisting the Retrofit team to deliver end-to-end services to the highest level of quality under agreed client SLAs
• Delivering an awesome service with a high-quality standard of Retrofit projects

Do you have…

• Good organisational skills and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to read specifications and scope of works
• 2 years of experience within the ECO industry
• A relevant industry level 3 qualification such as:
  • Domestic Energy Assessor
  • Retrofit Assessor
  • Level 3 in Domestic Retrofit Advice
  • Level 3 in Traditional and Older Building
