Chartered Surveyor Reports

• Our Chartered Surveyors produce a number of reports and services under energy efficiency schemes and have a wealth of experience in the residential property field.
• These Services Include; Recommendation Reports, CWI Pre-Inspections, PAS2035 Traditional Building Sign Off, Stock Condition Surveys
• This service is delivered by our in-house Chartered Surveyor who has a wealth of experience in Retrofit and Surveying

Building Damp Reports

• ECO Surv’s damp and structure assessment helps you make a reasoned and informed decision when considering retrofit measures to a property, or when planning for repairs, maintenance or upgrading the property
• This is delivered by our in-house Retrofit team

SAP Calculations

• SAP Calculations do three things; they determine a SAP Rating (the energy related running costs of a dwelling), they demonstrate compliance with Part L of the building regulations and they are used to produce an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• This would be delivered by our in-house Retrofit team by our qualified SAP Assessors

Domestic Energy Assessments

• Domestic Energy Assessments assess the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of all residential (domestic) properties
• These are delivered by qualified Domestic Energy Assessors from our in-house Retrofit team

Non Domestic Energy Assessments

• Non-Domestic Energy Assessments assess the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of all commercial (non-domestic) properties
• These are delivered by qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessors from our in-house Retrofit team

U-Value Calculations

• A U-value is a sum of the thermal resistances of the layers that make up an entire building element – for example, a roof, wall or floor. It also includes adjustments for any fixings or air gaps
• ECO Surv delivers this as a stand-alone service for both ECO and Social Housing clients

Condensation Risk Analysis Reports

• ECO Surv runs a risk report assessing the risk of condensation on internal and external wall insulation with the aim of mitigating risk within the report
• These are delivered by ECO Surv’s Retrofit team

Retrofit Design

• Once intended measures have been confirmed, a retrofit design will be completed by qualified Retrofit Designers and any designs will be checked and qualified that they are correct and compliant by an ECO Surv Retrofit Coordinator
• Through the design we ensure to highlight any remedial works required, hazards, ventilation issues or any upgrades required and specifications of installation measures
• These are delivered by qualified Retrofit Coordinators with the ability to provide Retrofit Design

Retrofit Advice

• As part of our Retrofit Advice service, we assess for damp and structure reports as well as any problems listed within the property and provide recommendations
• This is delivered by the ECO Surv Retrofit team
